2. Redesigning your machines
We redesign and modernise existing machines, from new CNC and electrics to full rebuilds with our ManuPlus new life programme, giving older machines years more productive life.
Wherever possible we do the work in situ, on your shop floor. Your machine doesn’t have to be removed or transported, so you save the cost of moving it and get it back into production sooner.

Our experience rebuilding many types of machine tools, including Gleason gearcutting machines, we had Europe’s no.1 Gleason rebuild company until my father died, helps us face up to most problems that can be encountered on machine tools. For many years now we have specialized in designing, building and supporting Webster & Bennett vertical lathes, CNC and manual. If you have one of the older manual machines, even built in 1960, take a look at the VTT-ManuPLus flyer below and also on the HOME page. You don’t have to run them to death. Take them into the 2020’s!
